The Sky Now - An Astrology Blog (April 11)

All of the inner planets are aligned now.  The Sun, the Moon, Mercury and Venus are in Aries and Mars is in Gemini.  Cosmic harmony is achieved.  Venus sextiles Jupiter.  This is a time of new connections, optimism, fun, adventure and romance. Good things can grow now. The energies of the day are both spiritual and sexual, reminding us that those two key elements of life are not mutually exclusive.  Those who live in the modality of healthy self-love and who make healthy loving choices for them self in their daily life should do quiet well under these energies. 

There is a New Moon at 10:30 PM EDT.  New Moons are a time to set intent for the new lunar cycle.  As this is the first New Moon of the new Zodiac Year it is a time to celebrate life, fertility and the cycle of the seasons.  It is a night to dance around the fire, to call out and sing to the stars, to feel the blood course through your body with each step and gyration, to feel oneness with the lifeforms around you and with the infinite energies of the Universe.  This is the Zodiac moment where we are meant to renew our passion for life and to receive inspiration for new passions in life.  Plant seeds of hope, ask for direction, be open to positive results.  The Aries New Moon taps into the Magician within all of us.  It compels us to take action, to be implicated in our life, to move in new directions.  It tells us that with patience, the right skill set and strong energy well-directed a rich life experience and positive results are possible.  As the Moon wanes to dark in the coming hours consider what you need to move on from in your live and visualize what you would like to manifest in your life in the future.
