The Sky Now - An Astrology Blog (October 8)

Venus, the Planet of Love and Art, has moved into the passionate, spontaneous Mutable Fire Sign of Sagittarius, and our heart yearns for new adventure.  Or is it our libido doing the yearning?  Either way fun and excitement are what we will be seeking during this Venus transit.  The need to move away from romantic situations that have become too heavy or in which we feel personally limited can be very strong during this transit.  We want to be happy now, and we are willing to do what it takes to facilitate that state of being.  Venus in Sagittarius can have us envisioning and planning our next trip.  It could also have us just spontaneously embarking on one.  Venus will be in Sagittarius until November 5.
