The Sky Now - An Astrology Blog (June 13)

Mercury transits into Gemini, one of the signs it rules, at 11:27 AM EDT on Monday June 13.  Alignment occurs when Mercury joins the Sun in Gemini, we feel more in sync.  We are all living our own version of Gemini energy while the Sun transits Gemini and now our thoughts, mental processes and communications are aligned with the energy of the Zodiac Season.  Everything moves fast under these energies.  We seek information.  We crave change.  Our thoughts jump from concept to concept, from idea to idea.  We are fascinated by anything that is new.  We dive in, but in many cases jump out just as quickly.  Focus can be a challenge, but for the disciplined much creative and communication work can be accomplished now.  People who need stability can find this much Mutable Air Energy disconcerting. Others though will find themselves exploring new activities or career paths or planning exotic vacations.  The dark side of all of this Gemini energy is slipping into a judgmental mindset which of course causes internal mental suffering to us and most often does more harm than good out in the world.  Mercury will transit Gemini until July 5.
