Venus is elegant, graceful and gracious in Libra.  This transit is about art, beauty, harmony, idealism, balance, fairness and, yes, love. The presence of Venus in Libra will boost the Libra charm factor for Libra Sun and Rising folk in particular, attracting opportunity in all areas of life.  This is a good vibes transit, just be sure you don't waste all of its potential sitting in the park chilling with your friends. A lot of inspired art can be created, a lot of important and effective advocacy can be put out into the greater community and a lot of beautiful love can be made over the course of the transit of Venus through Libra.
