Purge that which needs to be purged. Plant seeds that will help form better practices and habits now. Nurture and nourish your own personal garden, the space in which you live, move, and breathe in. Also contribute with voice, action, votes and what resources you can to those struggling in the greater community you live in. Food and housing prices, both basic human needs and core Earth element life components, are at a crisis level in Montreal, in Quebec, and in Canada. We all have a sacred spiritual duty to contribute to the ongoing well-being of the village we live in and to all those living in it. Winter is coming. Affordable food and housing are basic human needs and should be seen as basic human rights.  Advocate for the effective resolution of these grave social issues. Tend to the garden now, both in the personal and the collective sense.
